Dacă legislaţia din România condiţionează acordarea anumitor prestaţii de realizarea unei anumite perioade într-o activitate supusă unui regim special sau într-o ocupaţie ori muncă specifice, perioadele realizate conform legislaţiei din Israel nu sunt luate în considerare pentru stabilirea dreptului la aceste prestaţii decât dacă au fost realizate în baza unui regim corespondent sau, în lipsa acestuia, în aceeaşi ocupaţie ori în aceeaşi muncă, după caz.
