dans le cadre d'un contrat de travail au Canada, la société X offre des avantages à l'employé tels que:

"X" encourages all employees to open a RRSP account to save for a quality future. By opening a
RRSP account, you have the ability to have payroll deductions automatically sent to your RRSP account
to help with your savings plan. Also, "X" matches retirement savings contributions which you will be
eligible to participate in the matching contribution to your account on the first of the month following a full
month of employment. "X" matches 1/2 of the first 6% (up to 3.5%) of your retirement savings
contributions; again, to be eligible, you must make pre-tax deferral contributions.
