I am a little confused whether to use "atomizador nasal" or just "aerosol nasal" since the work pump is not on the description.
We are dealing with products such as Nasacort, Flonase.
Would appreciate a professional's opinion.

Explanation:
En la practica clínica usamos el termino de atomizador nasal y otras veces el de spray nasal, rara vez decimos aerosol.
Siempre llevan un aditamento que impulsa el producto en forma de spray para que llegue bien a toda la mucosa nasal, hasta arriba y adentro y no solo justo donde se abren las fosas nasales.
Ojala esta pequeña explicación de lo decimos en clínica te sea de utilidad.
