Así lo suelo traducir yo. Significa que los bancos centrales implican en sus declaraciones que seguirán una política monetaria laxa o expansiva, es decir, que mantendrán los tipos bajos o, como es el caso de la Reserva Federal actualmente, que los aumentarán muy poco.
