French term or phrase: dilatation bi-article
Result of a cardiac MRI says: "Dilatation bi-article mais pas d'anomalie décelable par ailleurs" after which it says there is also a "dilatation bi-arillé". Cannot find these two terms anywhere

English translation:biatrial dilation?
Explanation:
Is it handwritten or OCR'ed? Maybe it's supposed to read "dialatation bi-atriale". Would make sense in the context of a cardiac MRI.
