Italian term or phrase: la mobilità
Does anyone know what they mean here by 'la mobilità'?

e dell’ingegneria ambientale

transport
Explanation:
I don't disagree with Tom's "mobility", but I think it's slightly ambiguous, whereas "transport" conveys a clear meaning. Also, we need to see it in context - "infrastructure and mobility engineering" sounds a bit odd, "transport" less so.

So the highly repetitive
e dell’ingegneria ambientale"
becomes
"construction, infrastructure, transport and environmental engineering".
