Em português existe "Registro Civil de Pessoas Naturais" e "Registro Civil de Pessoas Jurídicas".

Em inglês, me parece que não: ou é "Civil" ou é "Legal Entity". Não tem como ser as duas coisas, de forma que usar Civil + pessoa, indivíduo, cidadão ou qualquer coisa assim seria redundante.
