The only thing I can think of - I realise it's Facteur intrinsèque in French but test do sometimes carry the English acronym - CRP for C-reactive protein for example (Protéine C réactive)

Asker: Thanks dwt2. This is plausible. The symptoms support bronchiolitis, and they would want to do a respiratory pathogen screen.
