I am having trouble translating the following sentence in a description of a die-casting facility; I am not entire sure what is meant by "mediale Unterflurerschließung der Anlagen":

Als Besonderheit der Produktionsstätte ist festzuhalten, dass diese vollständig unterkellert ist, was eine mediale Unterflurerschließung der Anlagen auf von der Produktionsfläche getrennter Ebene ermöglicht.

XXX hat in XXX eine neue Betriebsstätte zur Produktion von Aluminium-Druckgusserzeugnissen errichtet. Das Betriebsgelände umfasst eine Fläche von 10.000 m² und grenzt unmittelbar an eine vertraglich zugesicherte Reservefläche mit weiteren 9.000 m², die für eine potenzielle Erweiterung zur Verfügung stehen würde. Die bebaute Gebäudefläche beträgt insgesamt etwa 6.000 m².
Mit einer Produktionsfläche von ca. 4.500 m² kann das Unternehmen acht bis zehn der gewählten Druckgussanlagen bis zu einer Schließkraft von 2.000 t betreiben. Momentan werden vier Druckgussanlagen einschließlich Peripherie und Bearbeitungsmaschinen betrieben. Vorgesehen ist zudem ein Lagerraum mit etwa 550 m² Grundfläche für Warenein- und -ausgang sowie sonstige Betriebsflächen von insgesamt 850 m².
