prefab house assembler
Explanation:
Good question, here's an idea. Seems the in term for prefab is 'assembly' as in (https://www.irbnet.de/daten/iconda/CIB21368.pdf) kind of a heavy read but they differentiate between 'fabricator' and 'asembler'.

Found the one from Canad...look at no 9226 and 9227 (http://www30.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/QuickSearch.as...

A third reference mentions 'master assembler'

Some ideas in any case...

agree  Charlesp: I agree, but "assembler" seems a bit odd in this context, and the term only gets 4 google hits.

-> Thanks Charles! I tried 'fitter' before figuring on my suggestion. This led me to other uses and connotations. There's more basis for 'assembly' as what is done, but the specific job title is a harder nut...

agree  JaneD: I think I might replace "assembler" with "construction worker" just to make it really clear that we're talking about an individual rather than a company.

-> Thanks, Jane, but I'd say 'construction worker' is too general in this context...

pre-fab residential home builder

Explanation:
I would say that it means a pre-fab house builder in the sense that it is the construction worker and not the general contractor (or company selling the project (i.e. home).

Although the term does refer to an individual doing the work (and not a company), as it is one of byggnads 32 olika yrkesgrupper, I think that "builder" can also refer to an individual construction worker.

Otherwise, an alternative: "construction worker who works with pre-fab residential homes."

And I would say "residential home" rather than "house" as house implies a single family house, and a Småhus can be a multiple-family building (2 or even a bit more).
