Wie kriege ich hier "located" unter, ansässig scheint mir für IT-Infrastrukturen irgendwie nicht passend. Erstmal so gelöst:


Hierin eingeschlossen ist der Einsatz von Parteien und IT-Infrastrukturen, die nicht in Irland und/oder der Europäischen Union ansässig sind bzw. ***betrieben werden***, einschliesslich der USA.

Parties können in diesem Zusammenhang eigentlich nur Dritte sein, die irgendwo in der Wallachei ein Rechenzentrum betreiben... geht wohl auch um Datenschutzbestimmungen... da sind manche Länder ja etwas laxer....
