English term or phrase: have grown all to familiar
Peter,
I have grown all to familiar to finding another of your letters every week on my doorstep.
I find your persistence disturbing.
As I have explained, there is little you can do, apart from waiting.
I understand that your parents are missing for weeks and we both seem to know the size of your family’s fortune.
However, you cannot skip laws.
According to the letter of the law you will be unable to claim this heritage, until they are pronounced legally dead.

Observação: acho que o correto é "too", não "to".

Alguém teria alguma sugestão?

Obrigado!

have grown all too familiar
Já estou cansado de

Explanation:
