English term or phrase: endgame

An ENDGAME is the specific role that a nonprofit intends to play
in the overall solution to a social problem, once it has proven the
effectiveness of its core model or intervention. We believe that there
are six endgames for nonprofits to consider—and only one of them
involves scaling up in order to sustain and expand an existing service.

objeto / finalidad / jugada

Explanation:
To me, the word "endgame" here sounds synonymous with the term "corporate purpose", which I would translate as "objeto" or "objeto social". I can only imagine they have used "endgame" as a kind of buzzword, as it sounds more interesting than "corporate purpose", and the text you reference appears to be a marketing slogan, i.e. "What's Your Endgame"

Perhaps "finalidad" might also be an acceptable translation, or even "jugada", as in "¿Cuál es tu jugada?"

Contexto final

Explanation:
