I can't work out what exactly this is referring to. What exactly is "auto-transportes" (why auto? I think it is simply "trucking" though) and what does the Servicio Público Federal have to do with it?
This is from a Mexican insurance company, target US English.
Context:
"BIENES ASEGURADOS: (...) Ferrocarril y vehículos propiedad del asegurado o arrendado. Auto-transportes de carga y/o de Servicio Público Federal".

The best I have: "Freight trucks and/or those belonging to the Federal Public Service."
Any better ideas?
