Pas d\'image en foyer no focal abnormalities Explanation: AFAIK, "images" is everything depicted on an x-ray, including lesions and pathologies. Hence, I'd read "images en foyer" as focal abnormalities such as focal (tumor) masses, cavernae, focal infiltrations, or similar. |
