This is in the results of some digital x-rays of the thorax:

- Pas de lésion pleura-parenchymateuse d'allure évolutive.
- Pas d'image en foyer.
- Pas d'épanchement pleural.
- Silhouette cardiaque normale.

I found several medical definitions of foyer (focus/site/area) - but I am struggling to see how they fit here. I would appreciate some insights - TIA.

AFAIK, "images" is everything depicted on an x-ray, including lesions and pathologies. Hence, I'd read "images en foyer" as focal abnormalities such as focal (tumor) masses, cavernae, focal infiltrations, or similar.
