Yo diría redondear la mitad al par
(por ejemplo http://guillermoacuna.blogspot.com.es/2017/05/?m=1 ).
En inglés round half to even, y a veces también round to half even rounding rule.
Misma idea que la ya expresada por Daniel Frisano (redondear la mitad al número (redondo) par más cercano: 22.5 > 22 // 23.5 > 24); tan solo otra forma de decirlo -que me resulta más natural, vaya.
