"Der Notar hat darauf hingewiesen, dass Finanzierungsgrundpfandrechte zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Belehrung des Erwerbers grundsätzlich perönlich zu Protokoll gegeben werden müssen und insoweit von der vorstehenden Vollmacht nur in Ausnahmefällen Gebrauch gemacht wird."

Ce que je ne comprends pas ici, c'est "Sicherstelleung der erforderlichen Belehrung", mystère à 100%... Si quelqu'un a des explication, je suis preneuse! Merci!
