Hallo und frohe Ostern.
Ich habe ein Problem mit dem Begriff "mouth".
Ich habe leider keine Bilder und keinen weiteren Kontext.
Es geht um Schuhe eines italienischen Herstellers. Das es um die neue Kollektion geht, gibt auch noch keine Beschreibungen oder Bilder im Netz.

Explanation:
*mouth* is the literal translation for the Italian *bocca* (della scarpa) ie. the opening where one puts the foot, so my first proposal would be Einstiegsöffnung.
However, from the context you provided it looks like they are referring to the heel strap - Fersenriemen - since *mouth* seems to appear only in the description of sandals and also because a shoe without any opening for the foot would be quite useless ;-)
