the meaning of "disabling conduct" (and may other terms) can be stretched one way or another, depending of the context, or depending on how it is defined for the purpose of the specific document (a contract, some regulations ...).

Looking at what are all the possible meanings and trying to find some kind of "average value/general purpose translation" is not a good method, even for a "context-free" glossary.

If for this specific ST the notion of "Disabling Conduct" is defined in a certain way [... exclusively a conviction by ...] than ALL other possible variations/combinations/permutations are irrelevant for this ST.

IOW here it's a conduct leading to "'inéligibilité" to stay in office.

En fait, la définition de "disabling conduct" varie avec les auteurs, les contextes ou les valeurs, comme on le constate là (entre autres) :

et elle n'entraîne pas toujours, selon le cas, destitution, révocation, déchéance, limogeage, inhabileté, incapacité, radiation, etc.

Pour ma part, je dirais "conduite/comportement inadmissible" ou "inacceptable", tout simplement, ou alors, "conduite blâmable", une expression qui rejoint pratiquement chacun des éléments que vous citez :

La conduite blâmable est un comportement répréhensible, critiquable, condamnable ou illégitime.

D'un autre côté, vous traduisez et, dans les faits, vous avez le choix du terme auquel correspondra la définition en question. Vous pourriez donc utiliser tout simplement "Inconduite" qui, par définition (= conduite qui n'est pas conforme à la morale, aux règles), râtisse aussi large que le texte que vous citez.

In UK company directors can get "disqualified" from being directors - in engaging in "disabling conduct"

I think the meaning has more to do with "detrimental", but I may be wrong.
