Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

1. I. Conclusion and Content of the Contract

1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery shall only apply to sales and deliveries by us to businesses фирмы within the meaning по определению of § 14 German Civil Code (BGB) and other persons within the meaning of § 310 (1) sentence предложение 1 BGB.
