This would refer to the "branches" of the well, but I'm looking for the industry term.

Explanation:
Trunk and branch are common terms used in gas drilling as well as telephony, so I don't see why it can't work in petrol too.
And although this specific term doesn't appear in the Schlumberger Oilfield Services glosssary in this link, I still find it useful for drilling texts:
