There's nothing to do now and, fortunately, this is not relevant to the report, it's just a reference number, but a Hospital in Évora (Portugal) (http://www.hevora.min-saude.pt/) cannot be dependent upon a Brazilian department (http://www.sigals.fiocruz.br/espelho.do?tipoEspelho=6&codDad...

Recebi a resposta do hospital, não sabem o que é NESC, na opinião deles deve ser NSC= número sequencial de computador, isto é, o número que é atribuído a cada utente do serviço...

Secondly, I cannot see how this term you have suggested would fit in here, as the term is obviously some sort of administrative or statistical field.

(I also have no idea what "PT" means by the way)
The report is for the biopsy of a carcinoma on the nose skin.

No idea what this means. The only explanation I could find, though it doesn't fit, is Núcleo de Educação para a Saúde Concelhio. Can you give me more information about the report? I could phone the hospital and ask them. If you want email me directly ([email protected])
