La idea es la de "hacer un hueco en vuestra agenda", pero en el contexto, parece que se trata más de que el "jefe" dice que cambiéis el horario...

(Empecé a escribir esto hace horas y lo dejé colgado... así que no sé si habrán más respuestas o si esto ya es asunto zanjado... )

ajustad/adaptad vuestras agendas


Explanation:
Estoy de acuerdo con el sentido de "hacer un hueco en la agenda" pero me parece demasiado informal en este caso porque se trata de una orden que viene de arriba.
Ese "clear" es una imposición que exige a la gente cambiar sus planes y cancelar lo que sea necesario para no faltar.
En vista de esto diría algo como: "Ajustad vuestras agendas y no faltéis / Adapten sus agendas y no falten"
