Me parece que é um contrato de intermediação de negócios, tipo Marketplace, igual ao oferecido por Amazon, Mercado Livre, Netshoes e outros no Brasil.

Na pergunta anterior, o texto indicava que o Vendedor seria contatado por conta de uma reclamação do Comprador e deveria responder à reclamação em até 7 dias úteis, e não responder dentro deste prazo daria razão ao Comprador.
