Si tratta di una procura per una compravendita. Alla fine del documento :

"Il tutto con promessa di rato, grato, valido e fermo, senza bisogno di ulteriore ratificazione o conferma," ecc.

per "rato" et "valido" : penso a "ratificazione" e "validazione", ma per "grato" e "fermo" non ho la minima idea.
