German term or phrase: TV-Programm
Hi,

I am looking for the translation of "TV-Programm" in the sense of "das gesamte Angebot an TV-Sendern."

Example: "Sollten Sie Probleme mit der Wiedergabe des TV-Programms haben, können Sie..."

In this case it refers to everything a cable station offers, so I cannot use "TV program" as that refers just to one single show.

Could someone please help?

Thanks,

Lisa

disagree  Lonnie Legg: "Schedule" relates to the sequence of programming, not the aired content itself.

Explanation:
From what you say, either "listings" or "channels" might do, one of those cases where the German compound noun is invented ad hoc and the equivalent term in English is conceptually different.

Or since your source refers to a single cable station: "...receiving any of our broadcast programming,"

Situation vs Content
This seems to be one of those cases where it matters more what people might say in the same SITUATION rather than determine the most accurate reading of "TV-Programm" or even "Wiedergabe". Perhaps it would be better to focus on the whole sentence and not overemphasize any single component?
