Deixe lhe explicar, um activo fixo como o colega sugeriu, trata-se de um bem, como máquinas, imóveis, etc, etc, que não é facilmente vendido. No entanto existem muitos tipos de activos que podem ser convertidos em dinheiro facilmente. Por exemplo, se a sua loja vender ouro, o ouro é um bem que se vende facilmente. Procure o conceito de ativo tangível e activo fixo para perceber bem o que lhe estou a dizer. Vou lhe mandar uma imagem da definição de noncash dos meus dicionários de uso interno. No entanto eu teria em atenção o contexto.
