Hi all -

I am wondering how to best translate périodicité civile into English, especially since it does not include the words "mois" or "année," etc.

La location prend effet à la date de la signature de l'avis de livraison signé par le fournisseur (ci-après la « Date »), sous réserve que cette Date corresponde au premier jour de la périodicité civile définie aux conditions particulières (ci-après le « 1er de la Périodicité »).
A défaut, la location prendra effet au 1er de la Périodicité qui suit la Date.
Au titre de la période courant entre la Date et le 1er de la Périodicité qui suit la Date, le Locataire sera redevable, envers le Bailleur, d'une redevance de mise à disposition calculée sur la base du loyer prévu au Contrat, prorata temporis.
