Serán de cargo de la parte adquirente los honorarios del contrato prometido, de la parte enajenante la retención y liquidación por pago:
Impuesto Ley 18.083 y de ambas partes los impuestos que la ley pone a cargo de cada una de ellas, Ley 16.107.

Creo que la redacción está bastante fea, pero entiendo que lo que quiere decir es que el vendedor tiene que pagar los impuestos que indica la Ley 18.083 (que entiendo por lo general en una compraventa son retenidos por el escribano). Supongo que se refiere al IRPF, mientras que las dos partes pagan el impuesto de la Ley 16.107 (que sería el ITP).

Agradezco los aportes. El documento es de Uruguay, y tiene que entenderlo un americano.
