(p. 14 of this file) In the same file, there is another almost identical letter with "MOISANCHEZ" in the same position (p, 9 of the file). And further examples of letters of exactly the same kind can be found with other sequences in this position, such as: LRUIZ (p. 1) JLEZCANO (p. 4 and again p. 9) ROROBLES (p. 14) DEMENDEZ (p. 19) http://www.mibus.com.pa/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/81.-Propu...
