Italian term or phrase: versamento intrascissurale
From an X-ray report in a hospital discharge letter regarding a former heart transplant patient who has also had two medicated stents implanted about six months ago and has now been admitted to hospital for pneumonia;

In data odierna per anuria, dispnea e ‎febbre si è recato al PS del policlinico dove è stato sottoposta a RX del torace che ha evidenziato " ‎accentuazione della trama polmonare, bilateralmente, modesto versamento pleurico bilaterale; a destra ‎concomitante versamento intrascissurale".
Gli esami di laboratorio hanno evidenziato " troponina 991 e ‎CKM 1,20".

I'm not entirely sure about 'intrascissurale' - my research has led me to the conclusion is the text referring to lung fissures - would it be appropriate to call this interlobar effusion?
Thanks

Asker: This doesn't seem very common on Google at all, and the author of the book appears to be Italian

disagree  Joseph Tein: There are almost no online examples of "intrascissural pleural effusion" and no (none) for "intrascissural effusion." // And our Asker found the same situation. Your reference is probably a translation, and you can never trust a translation.

Notes to answerer
Asker: This was my thought too - as the fissures separate the lungs into lobes 'intrasfissural' is effectively the same as 'intralobar' which is a very common finding on X-rays. https://radiopaedia.org/articles/lung-fissures?lang=gb . I just wasn't sufficiently sure of my own findings and didn't want to risk 'over-translating'
