agree  Emre Demirtas: Sadece "arcade" en uygunu bence. Rehberlik dönemimde aynen bu şekilde kullanıyordum. Zira dilenirse iş yeri ve atölye anlamını da karşılıyor. Üstelik antik agora kavramının biraz daha moderni.

I didn't see "iş han," in the question, just han . If it is "iş han" then my suggestion would be wrong.

disagree  Mehmet Ali Bahıt: Indeed, but in this context, "han" is actually "iş hanı", the old equivalent of an office block or commercial complex. Eminönü is a commercial district and has a lot of them.

disagree  Emre Demirtas: Aziz bey, bu hanların epey bir kısmı atöyle olarak kullanılagelmiş. Örneğin Kapalı Çarşıda atılan malların büyük kısmı bu gibi hanlarda üretilir. Dolayısıyla, mesela Beşiktaş gibi semtlerdeki iş hanlarından farklıdır Eminönü bölgesi hanları.
