Hallo, wer hat eine Idee, wie man diesen Begriff hier unterbringen kann. Es geht um die Anerkennung eines ausländischen Gerichtsurteils:

Por la presente acción se buscar homologar una sentencia, donde se resuelve declarar la adopción de mi poderdante por parte de XXX, quien de forma personal presentó su solicitud ante la corte mencionada ***at initio*** del presente fundamento, disponiendose ademas que a mi poderdante en lo sucesivo se le reconozca con el nombre yyy, todo ello de acuerdo a la legislación vigente de dicho país.

also Ab initio bedeutet ja 'von Anfang an'
aber hier heißt es At initio, ist das vielleicht ein Schreibfehler oder gibt es da eine andere Bedeutung. Und könnte man das vielleicht mit "unter dieser Begründung" übersetzen.
