Italian term or phrase: Fin dal campo massimo
This is from a brochure for a wine producer:

"Fin dal campo massimo è il rispetto per i ritmi della natura, per l’ambiente e per gli uomini che ci lavorano, la produzione è ottenuta con tecniche di basso impatto ambientale e negli ultimi anni diversi associati si sono convertiti o si stanno convertendo a metodi di coltivazione biologici."

It has the feeling of a "stock phrase" but not one I've come across before.

Any sduggestions?
