l lateral Explanation: That's the only source I could find, so I'm giving it a low rating. Lateral is the same in French (latéral), but I think it doesn't matter here as E stands for "early" anyway, (and A for "atrial"). Hopefully, this is helping you a bit, despite the low rating.
