Buenos días,

estoy traduciendo un "Account Bank Agreement" y en una de las cláusulas aparece la palabra "holding". Me gustaría que alguien me pudiera asegurar que se podría traducir como "mantener" en el contexto siguiente:

"The part of the Facility to be allocated towards the cancellation of the Existing Debt (as defined in the Facility Agreement) will be utilised by the Borrower through direct transfer from the Lender (on the Borrower’s behalf) to the bank accounts indicated by the banks holding the Existing Debt (as shown in the Funds Flow)."

El Prestatario hará uso de la parte del Préstamo que se deba destinar a la cancelación de la Deuda Existente (tal como se define en el Contrato de Préstamo) mediante transferencia bancaria del Prestamista (en beneficio del Prestatario) a las cuentas bancarias indicadas por los bancos que mantengan la Deuda Existente (tal como se indica en el Flujo de Fondos).

¿Sería correcto o existe alguna expresión más conveniente?

el "holder" es el "tenedor" en español. Los tenedores de títulos, de deuda, de acciones, de bonos...

Puedes decir también los titulares (no se confundiría con el deudor).
