Ciao Livia, volevo segnalarti la necessità di distinguere fra "prima casa" e "abitazione principale", così come fra "seconda casa" e "abitazione secondaria". Il riferimento su cui richiamo la tua attenzione non riguarda il termine che hai postato ("alleinige Wohnung") ma ti potrebbe tornare utile per il resto del testo, visto che nella richiesta parli, forse erroneamente, di "prima" e "seconda" casa. Asker: Questa però è una distinzione tutta italiana, per la Germania ho trovato questo: "Wenn Sie nur eine Wohnung in Deutschland beziehen, ist diese Wohnung die "alleinige Wohnung". Es ist dabei unerheblich, ob Sie in dieser Wohnung allein wohnen oder mit weiteren Personen zusammenwohnen. Haben Sie mehrere Wohnungen in Deutschland, so ist die vorwiegend benutzte die Hauptwohnung."...quindi considerando i criteri italiani, prima casa e abitazione principale dovrebbero essere la stessa cosa, anche perché la differenza in Italia riguarda solo il regime fiscale, che ritengo in Germania sia completamente diverso. Purtroppo non sono un'esperta in materia e qui non c'è contesto che possa aiutare perché ci sono solo i termini. Inoltre sovrapporre regimi giuridici di due stati diversi è sempre un problema…. Comunque grazie del suggerimento.
