vision statements Explanation: The only thing I can think of that fits. "Position statement" shows up in some examples in a Google search, but it's generally used by organizations on external matters. It wouldn't work well here, IMO. |

briefing papers Explanation: I prefer position statements in a clinical context. but am posting this as a (beer) gut-reaction to the term and that I have in fact used in more legal & general contexts. Example sentence(s):
