Ciao! Sto traducendo un testo di narrativa. Una ragazza non ha ancora detto a nessuno di essere incinta perché ha paura. Durante questa conversazione, la sua amica le dice di essere preoccupata. Vorrei riuscire a rendere bene i due "bump" nella risposta dato che solitamente è la parola usata per indicare la pancia in gravidanza. Grazie!

Avrei dovuto dare una spiegazione più verosimile, dato che tra un po' avro' il pancino e non potro più nascondere la gravidanza.
