Gaetano Silvestri Campagnano: È il settore in cui lavoro più spesso e anche tutti i riferimenti che utilizzo hanno sempre confermato "efflusso ventricolare". Vedo che sei molto mattiniero, perché se la domanda non fosse stata così antelucana avrei risposto esattamente così. :-)
