Estoy traduciendo el contrato de una licitación y cuando habla de la posibilidad de que la oferta la presente un consorcio o grupo de empresarios y no solo un empresario individual, indica que un miembro deberá actuar como "penhouder". ¿Alguien sabe cómo traducir este término al español? ¡Gracias!

Dient er aangegeven te worden welk lid van het consortium zal optreden als penhouder die als contactpunt met de Aanbestedende Overheid zal functioneren (zie Offerteformulier als Bijlage A).
