French term or phrase: exclusion du doigt
Hi,

I am currently translating an article of fingertip reconstruction after amputation and have the following sentence:

Thanks

closing up/healing/reformation

Explanation:
Hello
I'm far from sure but could it be the closing up/healing of the finger?
I can find articles where "exclusion" seems to be used in that sense I think.
My second reference uses the word "reformation"
All this could just makes sense in the context we have for a finger
