¡Hola!
Estoy traduciendo un contrato de arrendamiento y me gustaría saber cuál creen que sería la mejor manera de traducir "No Representations Owner", que es el título de una cláusula en la que se establece que el propietario no ha formulado declaración alguna acerca de la condición del inmueble ni de otros aspectos relativos al mismo.

A mí se me ocurren opciones como "Ausencia de declaraciones/manifestaciones del Propietario" o similares, pero ninguna de ellas parece que se utilizan en la traducción de contratos.

Si me pudieran ayudar, les estaría muy agradecido.
