| Istante V.S. Explanation: La formule me semble très résumée par rapport à celle que je trouve habituellement et qui serait plutôt "su richiesta dell'istante ut supra, io, sott...". L'istante est le demandeur. Je suggère: "Sur demande du requérant tel qu'il est nommé plus haut, je soussigné Huissier près le Tribunal de Vérone, ai signifié copie de l'ordonnance ..." C'est le sens à mon avis, la forme peut différer légèrement ou être affinée. |
