Mir ist kein spezifischer deutscher Begriff dafür geläufig, aber bei Patenten ist das Umschreiben von Begriffen geradezu Pflicht. Ein Werteladesystem wäre die Kurzform, klingt meiner Meinung nach etwas verschwommen. Mit den Werten sind ja sicherlich Zahlungsmittel gemeint, daher denke ich, dass "System zum Laden von Werten" eine sichere Übersetzung ist.

neutral  Ingo Dierkschnieder: Generally, that's what is probably meant. Problem is that, in a patent, you can't go for a translation so different from the original. There is also no indication that this is in fact a personal ATM (P-ATM).
