I just want to do a terminology check for these share terms. Any investment experts out there?

It's from a company's articles of association and here it is in context:

"Chaque fois qu’il sera nécessaire de posséder plusieurs actions pour exercer un droit quelconque, en cas d’échange, de regroupement ou d’attribution de titres, ou en conséquence d’augmentation ou de reduction de capital, de fusion ou autre opération sociale, le propriétaire de titres isolés ou en nombre inférieur à celui requis, ne peut exercer ses droits qu’à la condition de faire son affaire personnelle du groupement et, éventuellement, de l’achat ou de la vente du nombre de titres nécessaires et ce dans les conditions prévues à l’article 226-1 de la Loi du 24 juillet 1966."
