En écrivant « cash » ou « au comptant » à la place du nom d\'une personne sur un chèque, on permet au porteur de l\'encaisser sans avoir à le déclarer comme revenu. C\'est pratiquement comme un paiement en argent comptant qui ne laisse aucune trace. Donc, si un entrepreneur demande de libeller le chèque « au comptant » ou « cash », il faut se méfier. C\'est probablement quelqu\'un qui travaille au noir. Effectivement, dans ce cas \"to cash or bearer\" serait payable au comptant ou au porteur. |
