Nora për pak nuk mbeti në Prishtinë sepse mezi e gjeti biletën në çantën e saj bukur të madhe të dorës.

Just one sentence from the new chapter in my textbook which is puzzling me. As there are two things in it I don't understand, I'll make this into two questions.

Some English friends who have been staying in Prishtinë are now leaving their Albanian friends and going home to England.
