I know that several words exist with 3 constants in a row exist like ndriçim.

There are lots of words with three consonants in a row (zhdredh, ngrij, ngrënës, etc), but not many words with four consonants. Hope this was helpful.

Explanation:
'Unsprain', to add to Monika's 'repel'. These words are pretty elusive beasts! Of course this is always assuming you're reckoning consonants (not 'constants') according to the Albanian not English alphabet (in the latter the above word would be all consonants!).
