This is just a big stab in the dark going by what the vendors are known to sell next to the "Termes-tramousse" and the "Peanuts".

Blis-Blis might me the sound made by the person cracking these seeds before eating them.

Lebb and Bezr are usually either pumbkins seeds or watermelon seeds roasted and salted and packed in little paper cones and sold by wandering venders.

Could Bliss-Bliss be referred to shelling and eating these seeds also?
I know for me they are quite a stress release!!

obviously, you have mispronounced the words. if i got you right, it is balila what you are asking for, although the pronunciation differs from country to another. the Egyption say bilila, and termis. we, in syria, say balila and tormos.
